Yes. Customers, contacts, and utility accounts all import from CSV, and bad rows are reported with a reason instead of failing the whole file. Send a sample and we'll check the mapping before you load the real thing.
03 Can I send from my own SMS or WhatsApp account?
Yes. Connect your own messaging credentials and campaigns go out under your sender ID at your own rate, rather than through ours.
04 What if my business does not look like your use cases?
